“Fantastic sports massage - I always come away feeling better, with my tight muscles feeling soft and relaxed.”
Gill E.
Soft Tissue Therapy (STT)
previously called sports massageSoft Tissue Therapy is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. It is applicable not just to sports people but to anybody wishing to guard against or recover from injury. It includes the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of both minor and chronic injuries, for example, sprains and strains, or muscle soreness from exercise.
We help you find out how you can benefit from Soft Tissue Therapy, either for a specific problem or injury, or for general maintenance and relaxation. Use this page to find a Soft Tissue Therapist (STT) near you.
BikeFit
It doesn’t matter whether you are new to cycling or have been riding a bike for many years, by getting your bike fitted correctly to your body and learning the best techniques to gain more power and avoid injury, you’ll be faster, go further and be comfier.
Here at EliteBikeCoach, I explain what you should expect from a good bikefitter and the variety of services that they should offer. I also recommend a few individuals that I have personal experience with, although there are many good bikefitters out there. Basically, after fitting, your bike should be more comfortable, if it isn’t, it’s not well-fitted.
Finally, you can unlock the secrets to getting the most out of every pedal stroke, to make you faster and more efficient with no more effort.
“Many thanks and by the way, my bike is fab and totally different to ride!”

“I went out on my bike this morning and what a difference, really. I could feel that I was in a better position as soon as I set off and felt good on the journey.”
